Enabling others to reach a peaceful solution to conflict is one of Amber’s life-long goals. She insists that being a wife and the mother of four children was the catalyst for her passion for resolving conflict. Amber laughingly relays that, “…mediation is a practice I engage in every day!” She firmly believes that too often individuals attempt to manage conflict, but true harmony can only be attained when conflict is resolved.
As a registered provider of continuing education for Texas school board members, Amber is qualified to assist school boards with a wide variety of training needs. Delivering high quality, relevant sessions on team-building, goal-setting, leadership, and more is a top priority. Her own position as an elected member of the Lewisville ISD Board of Trustees coupled with her enthusiasm enables school boards to meet their continuing education requirements in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
